Warranty
Remanufactured Cardio Equipment
Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Mastery Fitness Group. This warranty applies only in the United States to cardio products remanufactured and distributed by Mastery Fitness Group (hereinafter referred to as “Product”).
Mastery Fitness Group warrants the In-Home Warranty on cardio equipment as follows:
- LIFETIME on Frame and Welds
- 1 Year on Parts
- 1 Year on Electronics
- 1 Year on Labor
Mastery Fitness Group warrants that the Product you have purchased for in-home use is free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
The warranty period begins from the time you receive the Product. This warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser; it is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases the Product or receives the Product from you.
Parts Coverage
During the warranty period, Mastery Fitness Group, in its sole discretion, at no additional charge, for the designated warranty, provide the exclusive remedy of repair or replacement of the Product if it becomes materially defective, malfunctions, or otherwise fails to conform with this limited warranty under normal personal, family, or household use. In repairing the Product, Mastery Fitness Group may replace defective parts with new or, at Mastery Fitness Group’s sole discretion, serviceable used parts that are equivalent to new parts in performance. All exchanged parts and Products replaced under this limited warranty will become the property of Mastery Fitness Group. Mastery Fitness Group reserves the right to change manufacturers of any part to cover any existing warranty.
Important Additional Terms and Restrictions
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser at the original delivery address. It is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases or takes possession of the Product. It excludes expendable parts such as batteries, grips, paint and finish. This warranty does not extend to any Product that has been damaged or rendered defective:
(a) as a result of accident, misuse, or abuse;
(b) by the use of parts not provided or authorized by Mastery Fitness Group;
(c) by modification of the Product;
(d) as a result of improper moving from an unauthorized moving company or service;
(e) as a result of improper or incorrectly performed service or repair by anyone other than Mastery Fitness Group or an authorized third-party warranty service provider;
(f) as a result of failure to provide reasonable and necessary care as outlined in the user manual for the Product.
Should any Product submitted for warranty service or replacement be found to be ineligible, an estimate of repair cost will be furnished and the repair will be made if requested by you upon Mastery Fitness Group’s receipt of payment or acceptable arrangement of payment.
How to Redeem this Warranty
To redeem this warranty and obtain service, you must contact Mastery Fitness Group at 1-800-899-3450 or service@masteryfitness.com. You will be required to submit the name on the order and order number.
