The SCIFIT IF Inclusive Fitness PRO1 Upper Body Exerciser is a versatile, highly adjustable upper body exerciser that can be used sitting or standing. This upper body ergometer is also ideal for ground-based training. Prescribed worked measured in both WATTS and METS.
